Returns

Carver Park Collective, LLC, offers exchanges or store credit only within 21 days upon receipt of goods.  We do not accept returns for refunds.  All vintage and discounted items are final sale. Store credits are honored for one year from date of issue. Items must be in original, unused condition with original tags intact. Approval by phone or email is required before returning items. Please include a copy of your original receipt. Please pack carefully. Carver Park Collective is not responsible for damage that occurs in return shipping. Customers' original shipping fees are non-refundable and customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. Carver Park Collective is not responsible for compensation of lost packages in transit to us without proof of delivery to Carver Park Collective.  Damage claims must be made within 48 hours of package arrival. All sale items are final sale.
