Shipping

Carver Park Collective, LLC, will process your online order within 3 to 5 days. Out of stock or backorder items will ship as we receive them.  Items ordered together may not always be shipped together.  We will contact you via email if any of your items are out of stock or backordered.  Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Note: APO, FPO and P.O. boxes must be shipped through USPS only.  Please contact us if you require expedited shipping.  

All packages are sent signature required unless requested otherwise.  If the signature requirement is waived, the customer accepts responsibility for any missing and/or lost packages.  If you need to change shipping address after the item has shipped, you will be charged $10 for UPS intercept request. If you miss the final delivery attempt, the second shipping or reschedule fee will be billed to your credit card.

Shipping charges for items that require special handling or international shipments will be provided on an individual basis.
